We are currently looking for a Business Process Manager for our large client to be apart of their Global Business Solution (GBS) team. They will be responsible for driving changes and transformation of the Production function for the business, in close cooperation with the group Production functions. The BPM will develop, and deliver, the overall 3-5 year roadmap to support group Production and the overall business strategy.

The role will be accountable for defining the future strategy, and usage of, Production applications. The BPM must also lead on the design and deployment of comprehensive solutions to deliver the business requirements


  • Strong functional experience in their area of ownership.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Drive to constantly seek opportunities for optimising and improving processes.
  • Team worker, well-developed collaboration skills.
  • Strong people leadership and influencing skills.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a deadline driven, dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter who is able to work independently and interface with all management levels.
  • +5 years professional experience within the specific function
  • Solid business experience within FMCG
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with SAP
